SageWell Health is a private practice providing psychotherapy and mental health services to clients across the lifespan in Colorado, Vermont and multiple other states

SageWell Health is growing and currently has openings for a fully remote full time and part time therapist

We are seeking well-trained, independently licensed psychotherapists at the doctoral or masters level to join our practice (unlicensed post-degree clinicians will be considered based on fit).

About SageWell Health…

The mission of SageWell Health is to help all clients connect to their true selves in order to improve relationships and live authentic, engaged lives. SageWell focuses on providing dynamic, person-centered treatment that integrates various evidence-based approaches, leading to deep and lasting change for clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for a thoughtful and strong clinician looking for a professional home in a supportive private practice environment. SageWell takes care of all administrative operations, making this a great fit for a clinician who wants to work in a private practice environment without worrying about the business administration tasks that come with running a practice.

Why Work for SageWell Health

SageWell Health is a private practice focused on providing the highest quality care to clients and a supportive, collaborative community for clinicians.

Flexibility and Autonomy

At SageWell flexibility and autonomy are two of our highest values. You will have full control of your schedule, including choosing the days and times that work best for you to see clients. This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to choose where you work best. Clinicians also select the types of cases they want to work with, as well as how many clients they see per week.

A Culture of Growth, Work-Life Balance & Burnout Prevention

SageWell is built on the principal that clinician self-care and work-life balance are essential to providing high quality, impactful treatment. At SageWell you will be supported as an individual, rather than being treated like a cog in a wheel. Promoting clinical growth and learning, as well as personal evolution is an on-going priority.

Supportive Collaboration

The opportunity to frequently consult about cases, collaborate on shared cases and be a part of a team of like minded colleagues is paramount to our practice’s culture. Group collaboration decreases the isolation so many solo practitioners feel, as well as improves clinical effectiveness and work satisfaction. Because our practice is fully remote, you don’t need to worry about missing out on consultation while you are working from home. We create strategic and varied opportunities for consultation and connection.

Doing What You Love, Without the B.S.

All administrative tasks, including managing referrals, marketing, administrative support, and operations are managed by the practice. This gives you the chance to focus on what you love and prevent burnout from extraneous tasks taking up your time.

Competitive Compensation

Due to self-pay structure of the practice, we offer competitive compensation with opportunities to offer sliding scale fees for clients who would not otherwise be able to access treatment. This combination allows our clinicians to be well compensated for the quality of services they provide while also making therapy accessible to clients with varying financial means.

Encouraging Creativity

Candidates interested in bringing in a different focus or treatment modality than is currently offered by the practice, will be encouraged and supported in doing so (e.g., starting a group, offering a new therapy modality, etc.).

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a clinician who is passionate about clinical work and thinks deeply about cases. The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in working with complex trauma, couples, adolescents and/or adults. A strong foundation in insight oriented/depth approaches, with an interest and ability to integrate in other theoretical orientations is ideal. Priority will be given to therapists trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, or other somatic focused interventions (or those interested in becoming trained).
