Can you provide a bill for me to submit to my insurance company for reimbursement?
Yes, we can provide a summary of your visits, for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company, if your plan allows. Please check your insurance benefits for reimbursement coverage for out of network psychological services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is 24 hours, however we ask that you provide as much notice as possible for any missed appointments. Sessions canceled at/within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be billed directly to you at our full fee or your agreed upon session fee.
How frequent are therapy sessions?
Therapy is most helpful when it is consistent and predictable. Many clients meet weekly, some more than once per week, and others every other week or monthly based on their needs. Frequency of sessions depends on what you're experiencing and what you're hoping to change or work on through therapy. During your initial consultation, you and your therapist will determine a plan for session frequency and scheduling.
